STUDY DIARIES: I Am So NOT Used To This.
I am... really not used to this.
Hey, everyone. I guess there should be a reason why I am posting at such an ungodly hour as this. I have been thinking about doing something like this for a while now, and I never really had the initiative to. Nonetheless, here it is!
"Juli's Study Diaries", ba dum tss.
Seriously, guys. Please wear your masks and face shields properly. Wash your hands. If you can, please STAY AT HOME!
Anyways, that was today's public service announcement. Now, moving on to our main topic.
I am really not used to this whole online studying thing! Staring at a monitor for like, sixteen hours is not really the healthiest thing for our eyes, but what can we do? No choice, huh. Well, we are all trying to make it work, and I am so so so so grateful for the people around me, as we help each other out during these trying times.
I mean, I have been reading and writing and editing creative pictures for days with no end, and it looks like I will keep swimming in deadlines until the end of the semester. Seems like everything is for school these days!
Actually, I made this blog to satisfy requirements for one of my subjects, buuuuuut I'm not one to start things and leave them unfinished. That is sooooo not me! I would like to keep this going, and I suppose I will promulgate that by writing stuff again that are not necessarily school related.
I have always had a love for writing, and I have been blogging since high school. Again, that was for subject requirements, but it furthered my love for writing and made it comfortable for me to talk about, well, anything and everything under the sun, to the audience of whoever comes across my blog posts.
So, having that background of "I-made-this-for-school-requirements", I decided to document my study adventures (yes, an adventure since we ARE going to try to make studying fun) and, you know, tell you guys a bit about what goes on in my life when I am in front of my school books and papers. This will be the first (and really, really, REALLY hopefully not last!) installment of Juli's Study Diaries!
And, as per usual, I hope I am going to continue this. After all, I do have the worst case of ningas cogon I have ever seen! For all of you who do not know what that means, "ningas cogon" is a term in my language which basically means starting off on anything very enthusiastically, but later on getting burned out and eventually losing interest in the activity. This happens to me ohhhhh soooo often, so I have to cross my fingers that this will not be the case again. I do truly enjoy this, you know!
Speaking of ningas cogon, please comment down below and tell me of your encounters with it!
Well then, let us keep things moving forward. Study diary out, journaling onward!
